When designing the town, the most important thing was taken into account is the person; the condition for the harmonious living of people in the town is trust between people, and nothing ruins society like high fences and chaotic buildings. So, inside the Alem complex itself, there are no high protective fences, but only half-meter decorative hedges with a well-thought-out planting of all houses

The residence is built using the technology of a monolithic frame filled with environmentally friendly material - brick. Natural materials - stone and travertine - were used in the decoration of the facades, the plinth of the houses is finished with granite, wooden windows are installed, the roof is made of Katepal shingles.
