Residential complex consists of four buildings, with two entrances in each one. Each house consists of two separate blocks, which united by a joint, however both blocks located common foundation. The residence is located at a sufficient distance from the highway, which allows the noise of streets to remain outside.

The residence itself is located on the periphery of the region and the city. Convenient transport interchange located nearby allows one to get to the airport in no more than 10 minutes, or get to nearby highways.
