The most important aspect in execution of this project was correct placement of the building at such an important intersection of Dostyk-Zholdasbekov. Therefore, the building is recessed deep so as not to hamper the roadway and pedestrian area

Due to the low number of floors, Alsi blends harmoniously into the surrounding area and does not cause discomfort to passers-by and pedestrians.
